7.1 Payment Service Providers. When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal using GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or another Eligible Payment Method, loveph shares the minimum necessary transaction data with the relevant payment service provider to process the transaction. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies and are independently regulated under Philippine financial laws.

7.2 KYC and Identity Verification Providers. loveph uses third-party identity verification technology providers to assist in the verification of government-issued identification documents submitted during KYC. 7.3 Game Content Providers. The game software on the loveph platform is supplied by third-party game providers. 7.4 Regulatory Authorities. loveph is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR's licensing conditions to report specified gaming data and suspicious transaction reports to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) respectively. Such disclosures are mandatory and do not require your consent.

7.5 Law Enforcement and Legal Process. Withdrawing Marketing Consent.
