These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and loveph governing your access to and use of the loveph online gaming platform at loveph.asia. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

To access real-money games on loveph, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the loveph platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 KYC Verification. loveph is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all Players before processing deposits, withdrawals, or significant gaming activity. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID) and a facial verification photograph. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframes specified by loveph may result in account restrictions.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. loveph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify loveph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Information Updates. You must promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number or email address should be submitted through the Account Settings section and may require re-verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. loveph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Eligible Payment Methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. loveph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed in real time and are typically reflected in your loveph Real Money Balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three (3) business hours depending on the financial institution. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100.00 PHP. loveph reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.00 PHP. loveph does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard payment methods.
4.5 Source of Funds. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering requirements, loveph reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into a Player Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restrictions and reporting to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
4.6 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. loveph applies a same-method withdrawal principle where practicable — withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical feasibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional rewards offered by loveph are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion as published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus balances awarded to Players are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal eligibility is established).
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games on the loveph platform contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. loveph reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend Accounts, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements while minimizing genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between players to exploit bonus structures.
5.5 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. The Welcome Bonus and any first-deposit promotion are available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. loveph reserves the right to limit bonus availability to one per household or shared IP address environment.
5.6 Expiry. All bonus balances expire if unused within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All loveph casino games that rely on chance use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. These systems are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by loveph, the game provider, or the Player.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Each loveph slot game and RNG-based casino game has a published Return to Player percentage, representing the theoretical percentage of wagered funds that the game returns to players over a statistically significant number of rounds. RTP figures are determined by the game provider and certified by independent testing laboratories. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly from theoretical RTP values.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. loveph's live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. These games are subject to the rules of the relevant game type as managed by the studio. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game, incomplete rounds will be governed by the applicable provider's technical malfunction policies.
6.4 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a software, system, or communications error that results in an erroneous game result, loveph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player. loveph will not honor wins that arise from technical malfunctions.
6.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on loveph are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition type as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. In-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds that may be suspended or altered at loveph's discretion in response to significant game events.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the loveph platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 loveph's Right to Suspend. loveph reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice where loveph has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where account suspension is required by PAGCOR or other competent authority.
8.2 Pending KYC. loveph may restrict withdrawal functionality on an Account pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification. This restriction does not constitute Account termination and Real Money Balances remain held pending verification.
8.3 Refund of Real Money Balance on Termination. Where an Account is closed by loveph for reasons other than violation of these Terms, the Player's Real Money Balance (excluding any active Bonus Balance) will be refunded to the Player via an Eligible Payment Method following the completion of any required verification procedures.
8.4 Forfeiture of Balances. Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a Player's violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, identity misrepresentation, or engagement in Prohibited Conduct, loveph reserves the right to forfeit both the Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance in that Account. Any winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct will also be forfeited.
8.5 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting loveph at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via an Eligible Payment Method.

11.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, loveph's total liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the loveph platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. loveph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the loveph platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. By using loveph, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves real financial risk and that losing money is an inherent and expected outcome of participation. loveph is not responsible for financial losses incurred through lawful gameplay on the platform.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information by loveph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on loveph, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
loveph collects personal information including but not limited to: your name, date of birth, nationality, Philippine government ID details, contact information, financial transaction records, and gaming activity data. This information is collected for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting under Philippine law, and the improvement of loveph services.
loveph does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared with third parties only as necessary to provide loveph services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers), to comply with PAGCOR reporting requirements, and as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and other applicable Philippine law.
loveph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the loveph platform prior to the change taking effect.
Your continued use of the loveph platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the loveph platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision date of these Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, loveph is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework. Players who have exhausted loveph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
14.3 Internal Dispute Process. Players with complaints or disputes must first contact loveph customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute. loveph will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavor to reach a resolution within 14 calendar days. loveph will maintain records of all complaints and resolutions in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
14.4 Jurisdiction. To the extent that any dispute proceeds to formal legal proceedings, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
